The Houston Flying Disc Society and the U.S Disc Sports Association are proud to host the 17th Texas State Disc Championships at Tom Bass Park in Houston, Texas on March 17 & 18, 2012. This year's event has been expanded from its traditional pro & am Disc Golf competition to include the only Texas qualifying stop for the Ashley Whippet Invitational [AWI] Disc Dog freestyle and quadraped competitions, all considered Texas State Championships! We'll also hold a one (1) day Hat Ultimate tournament supported by Space City Ultimate and Houston Ultimate Community, as well as Freestyle, Guts and DDC demonstrations and pick-up games.

We expect a select field of over 350 professional and amateur disc sports competitors, male and female competing for cash and prizes, and invitations to the 2012 US Amateur Disc Golf Championship [USADGC], and the 2012 Ashley Whippet Inviational [AWI] World Championships.
